Cancellation/Refund Policy

  1. 1. For Fixed / Flexi / Office work station
    1. 1. For daily usage
      1. 1. If cancellation is made within 24hrs. from the scheduled time of use no amount shall be refunded by Ufirm
      2. 2. If cancellation is made between 24hrs. – 48hrs. of the scheduled time of use 50% of the advance paid will be refunded.
      3. 3. If cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of use advance paid by the User will be fully refunded by Ufirm
    2. 2. For Weekly usage
      1. 1. If cancellation is made 15 days prior to the scheduled time of use advance paid will be fully refunded.
      2. 2. If cancellation is made between 7-15 days prior to the scheduled time of use 50% of the advance paid will be refunded.
      3. 3. If cancellation is made within 7 days from the scheduled time of use no amount shall be refundable by Ufirm.
    3. 3. For Monthly usage and above
      1. 1. If cancellation is made 30 days prior to the scheduled time of use advance paid will be fully refunded
      2. 2. If cancellation is made between 15-30 days prior to the scheduled time of use 50% of the advance paid will be refunded.
      3. 3. If cancellation is made within 15 days from the scheduled time of use no amount shall be refundable by Ufirm
  2. 2. For Conference Room usage/ Virtual Office/ Mobile Ufirm
    1. 1. If cancellation is made within 24hrs. from the scheduled time of use no amount shall be refunded by Ufirm.
    2. 2. If cancellation is made between 24hrs. – 48hrs. of the scheduled time of use 50% of the advance paid will be refunded.
    3. 3. If cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of use advance paid by the User will be fully refunded by Ufirm.
  3. 3. For Meeting Room
    1. 1. If meeting room booking done using credits - full refund shall be made by Ufirm, if cancellation is made by the User 04 hours before start of scheduled booking time.
    2. 2. If meeting room booking done using any other acceptable payment mode - full refund shall be made by Ufirm, if cancellation is made by the User 48 hours before start of scheduled booking time.

  4. 4. The aforementioned is subject to the User abiding by the Online Ufirm User Agreement. In case of breach of any terms and condition of Ufirm-User Agreement by the User, Ufirm shall have right to terminate the Ufirm-User Agreement and /or deny access to Work Space Solution by the User. Such termination or denial of access shall automatically result into cancellation by Ufirm, refund to the User, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of Ufirm

  5. 5. If any variation/reduction/ alteration/relocation of Work Space Solution made by Ufirm as per clause 6(d) of the Online Ufirm-User Agreement, is not acceptable to the User it shall have the liberty for a pre-mature termination of the right of use and it shall be charged on a pro-rata basis.

In the case of cancellation of Work Space Solution, either by Ufirm or User the same shall also mean cancellation of services, amenities, products etc. offered by Ufirm. In case of any cancellation the current service tax rate on the advance will be retained by Ufirm as it is to be paid by it to the concerned authorities. The Credit Card/Debit Card charges and/or any other applicable taxes or charges on the amount not refunded to the User shall be charged to the User. The refund will be made in the same mode of payment used while booking. Ufirm will mediate when necessary, and has final say in all disputes.

The booking is not officially cancelled until the User receives a cancellation confirmation through E-mail/SMS/Notification from Ufirm. In case confirmation of cancellation is not received by the User, it shall be the duty of User to contact and inform Ufirm about the same.
